Please read our shipping guidelines to understand how your orders are processed and delivered across India.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and packed with premium protective packaging within 1–2 working days.
During festivals, sale days, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we always strive to ship as fast as possible.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time is:
- 5–7 working days for most locations
- Up to 10 working days for remote areas, depending on: Location and distance, Weather conditions, Courier workload, Holidays/festive rush, Unforeseen logistical delays etc.
We always try our best to ensure timely delivery, but actual delivery time is controlled by courier partners.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
You can track your parcel anytime to stay updated on its status.
Shipping Charges
- ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹499
- FREE delivery for orders ₹499 & above
- ₹50 OFF on all prepaid orders
Prepaid orders are delivered faster and have fewer delivery issues, so we highly recommend choosing prepaid at checkout.
Undeliverable / RTO Orders
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel returns to us (RTO).
