Return & Exchange Policy — Anurpa Jewels
At Anurpa Jewels, we always aim to deliver premium-quality jewellery safely to your doorstep.
To maintain hygiene, quality control, and fair service for all customers, we follow a strict and transparent return & exchange policy.
NO Return or Exchange (Except in Specific Cases)
We do NOT offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Change in preference
- Small colour differences due to lighting
Please read product details carefully before placing the order.
Exchange Available Only in These Cases:
You are eligible for an exchange ONLY IF:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or
- You received a wrong product
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
N.B. – Unboxing Video is must required.
Mandatory Requirement for Approval
To process the exchange request, you MUST provide:
✔ Proper unboxing video
– The video must show the package from all sides, clearly unopened.
– The entire opening process must be captured in one single video without cuts.
– The damaged/wrong item must be clearly visible in the same video.
✔ Product should be unused and in original packaging
(including tags, jewellery box, inserts, pouches, etc.)
If the required proof is not provided, the exchange cannot be approved.
Processing Time for Exchange
Once approved, the complete exchange process takes around 15–20 days.
(Depending on courier pickup, warehouse inspection & reshipping time.)
Prepaid Orders — RTO / Undelivered Cases
If a prepaid order is not delivered or it gets RTO (Returned to Origin) due to:
- Wrong address
- Not answering calls
- Delivery refusal
- Delivery partner unable to reach customer
Then the following applies:
• ₹100 will be deducted as delivery charges
This includes forward + return shipping cost.
• Remaining amount will be refunded to customer’s bank account
⏱ Refund Time: 7–10 working days after the order returns to us.
Reshipping of RTO Orders (Prepaid Only)
If the customer wants the order resent, they must pay:
₹60 extra as reshipping charge (prepaid only)
Once payment is done, the order will be shipped again.
Important Notes
- COD orders are not refundable under any condition. But exchange will be possible only when customer receive damage/wrong product.
- Exchange will be denied if the product is used, damaged by customer, or returned without proper packaging.
- Decisions regarding approval of exchange are based on video proof and internal verification.
- We do not offer refund for accepted deliveries unless it qualifies under the “damaged/wrong product” category.
